My homie (in my mind) Kendra Baskett is now in the news for a sex tape that she did in 2005. Can somebody tell me the relevance of this story?

It is also being said that this scandal is putting a strain on her and Hank's relationship. I don't believe it. He knew what she did for a  living when he met her and when he decided to marry her.
