Recently pictures of a child being duct taped to a chair surfaced throughout the web. The mother, 21 year old Kyra Ferguson, has been arrested for child endangerment, but that's not the crazy part. The pictures were found after Ferguson went to the police and claimed she was a victim of identity theft. Listen to the news report below.
